- Council on the Environment NYC's Office on Recycling Outreach and Education is currently focusing on residential recycling, but you can contact them to request one of their Recycling Coordinators give a presentation on recycling at a PTA meeting. They also have volunteer trainings where you can learn everything you need to know about recycling basics.
